This traditional hand-woven French Savonnerie rug has a light pistachio field with a circular band of rosettes, moss-green panels containing a floral motif and white panels containing an acanthus leaf vine on each side around a golden-yellow triangle with a radiating rosette, surrounding a central radiating flowerhead centerpiece with an ivory outer band of linked laurel leaf vine around a floral garland and a single plain stripe, in a charcoal-black border of meandering acanthus leaf and rosette vine, outer plain golden-yellow and charcoal-black stripe.
