This traditional hand-woven Turkish Hereke rug has a tomato-red field with a delicate flowerhead vine around a pair of vases issuing a single flower at each end around a central ice-blue cusped medallion with palmette pendants containing delicate palmette vine, the ice-blue spandrels similar, in a shaded fox-brown border of meandering palmette vine between multiple fine floral vine stripes.
