This traditional hand-woven Persian Khorassan rug has a taupe field with an overall celadon lozenge medallion lattice containing central rosettes issuing further floral plamette vines with similar dark tobacco spandrels, in a medium blue border of alternating ivory and tobacco floral palmette vines, between triple borders of sandy-ivory floral vine stripes, plain outer indigo line stripe.
