This traditional hand-woven Persian Sultanabad rug has an ivory field of flower heads issuing angled vine forming lozenge lattice, each enclosing dense floral motif, in grand stepped ruby spandrels of similar floral motif, in an epic ruby scrolling palmette border, between fine complementary floral vine stripes.
