The shaded charcoal-green field with a central open lozenge containing calligraphy issuing a palmette at each corner linking at each end a delicate flowering plant with serrated leaves and flanked by delicate floral stems and similar part lozenges each containing flowerheads and issuing further angular serrated leaves, in a broad shaded grey border of angular weeping willow trees alternating with angular palmette and flowerhead vines, between dusty-pink and ivory floral vine stripes, plain outer charcoal-brown stripe.
