A Swedish flat-weave wool rug dating back to the 1950s, made by Judith Johansson with woven initials (JJ) at the corner. This vintage handwoven Swedish rug has a shaded blue overall field with elegant alternating stepped stylized cartouche lozenge lattice. This is an exceptional example of an antique Swedish carpet signed by its master weaver.
