This Persian Serab runner has a fox-brown field scattered with a variety of polychrome lozenges and flowerheads around a column of three brick-red and ivory serrated lozenges linked by smaller similar containing angular ribbon vine and stylized floral motifs, the ivory spandrels similar, in an ivory border of polychrome linked lozenges and a delicate tendril vine surrounding the lozenges, between fox-brown meandering floral vine and a brick-red and charcoal-black reciprocal trefoil outer stripes.
