Kashan Mochtasham

The soft-yellow field with a central terracotta-red lozenge medallion with palmette pendants enclosing a central soft-yellow floral lozenge surrounded by dense floral vine, the palmette surrounded by a delicate and dense scrolling and meandering floral vine with perching birds and further floral motifs, the charcoal-black and shaded purple spandrels similar, in a broad charcoal-black border of delicate palmette and floral vine between floral vine stripes, inner reciprocal skittle-pattern stripe.
