This antique Malayer rug has a shaded deep blue field with a dense angular palmette and serrated leaf vine around horizontal rows of brick-red square panels each containing a moss-green palmette, the light blue linked spandrels similar, in a shaded light blue border of angular "boteh" vine between chocolate-brown linked lozenge stripes.
