This antique Malayer rug has a light blue field with a central open ivory flowerhead surrounded by a radiating band of fox-brown flowers, the fox-brown and ivory palmette pendants surrounded by angular floral vine, the ivory spandrels similar, in a shaded ivory border of delicate floral vine between narrow fox-brown hooked lozenges stripes.
