This antique, circa 1900, Serab runner has a sandy-brown field with a central column of six ivory hooked lozenges each containing stepped linked polychrome square panels, in a border of ivory, light blue and terracotta-red diagonal stripes between an inner chocolate-brown and sandy-brown reciprocal skittle-pattern stripe and a plain broad camel-brown outer stripe.
