This antique, circa 1900, Oushak runner has a shaded medium blue field with a central column of tomato-red serrated lozenges linked by a vine issuing paired flowerheads and surrounded by angular tendril vines issuing minor floral motifs and bold paired polychrome lozenges, in a broad outer terracotta-red border with outward facing spaced flowering stems, inner shaded yellow stepped lozenge stripe.
