This antique Kurdish rug has a pale terracotta field with diagonal rows of light blue and fox-brown flowerheads forming a lattice enclosing a delicate flowering stem, in a border of polychrome linked lozenge between broad ivory meandering floral vine stripes, outer chocolate-brown and light-blue barber-pole stripe.
