This antique, circa 1900, Serab runner has a camel-brown field with a column of three indigo-blue lozenges each containing floral motifs divided by panels of paired polychrome octagons each with a polychrome hooked flowerhead surrounded by various serrated leaves and further angular lozenges issuing flowering stems and lozenges, an inner ivory and chocolate-brown reciprocal skittle-pattern stripe, in a burnt-orange border of linked flowerhead and panelled floral motifs between fox-brown and shaded blue flowerhead stripes.
