This antique, circa 1900, Oushak runner has a soft tomato-red field with a central column of shaded blue serrated lozenges each containing a central stem issuing flowerheads linked by similar stems issuing angular floral and serrated leaves and enclosing a shaded blue hooked flowerhead, in a narrow tomato-red border of angular polychrome ribbon vine between ivory linked lozenge and mustard-yellow and light-blue stepped lozenge reciprocal stripes, plain outer tomato-red stripe.
