This vintage, circa 1940, Persian Heriz runner has an ivory field with a variety of delicate angular floral motifs around a central column of linked light blue stepped lozenges with a central ivory lozenge with a brick-red spaced leaves around tiny central rosette, alternating with large polychrome hooked panels each with a buff-brown central panel and a central small rosette, in a narrow charcoal-blue border with polychrome linked lozenges between brick-red floral vine stripes.
