The soft ivory field with an overall design of polychrome palmettes issuing delicate floral vine enclosed by bold cusped serrated leaves, in a brick-red border of polychrome turtle-palmettes linked by angular flowerhead vine between light blue floral stripes, inner zig-zag and outer ivory floral vine stripes.
